1 cup onion
1 cup broccoli
½ cup asparagus
½ cup tomatoes(if not doing lectins eliminate)
1 cup zuccuni or yellow squash(deseeded and peeled)
½ cup parsley
½ cup cilantro(omit if you don’t like it)
3 TBS tahini
1 tsp celtic salt
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp lemon pepper
3 cups of ground flax
½ cup soaked chia
Instructions
Mix all vegetables in food processor and process until smooth. Add flax and soaked chia.
Spread onto dehydrator trays into tortillas shape. Leave fairly thick for dehydration reduce the size of thickness. Dehydrate until pliable state. First half of dehydration will take 15-16 hours at 95 degrees. Flip and dehydrate 8 hours. Check that they are dry enough that they are not gummy anywhere. Store in Ziploc bags in a dark area.
