1 Cup buckwheat
1 TBS Ground flax
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
¼ tsp salt
8 TBS coyo coconut yogurt
2 droppers full of flavored stevia
1 tsp cinnamon
1 cup to 1 1/2 cups of hemp milk or nut milk of choice
Add nuts, coconut, seeds etc if desired.
Mix well and pour into hot pan with coconut oil.
