Raw Food Chocolate Cookie Balls

1 cup almonds pulsed in food processor into flour
1 ½ cups cashews pulsed into flour
1 cup soaked dates
2 droppers full flavored stevia
½ cup Cocoa powder
2 TBS coconut oil
½ tsp vanilla
½ tsp maple flavoring
¼ tsp salt
Process nuts in food processor into flour. Remove into a bowl. Put dates, chocolate flavorings, stevia,cocnut oil and salt. Spin until blended. Add back the nut flour. Roll into balls and roll into coconut. Put into dehydrator for 4-5 hours. Store in fridge.
