Pecan Macaroons

1 cup pecans pulsed in food processor until grains like sand
1 tsp erythritol
15 drops sweetened flavored stevia- I use English toffee
½ tsp ginger
1 tsp vanilla
½ cup coconut
1 egg white
Pulse pecans until like sand. Add all the rest of the ingredients. Spoon tsp size onto baking sheet and bake at 325 degrees for 12 minutes.
