Almond Cream Cheese

2 cups blanched almonds soaked for 4 hours
¼ cup olive oil or macadamia nut oil
1 ½ tsp salk
½ to ¾ cup almond milk
¼ cup fresh squeezed lemon juice
Put soaked almonds and oil, salt and ½ cup almond milk in food processor. Blend until smooth. Add more milk if needed to make consistency desired.
To make flavored add spices you like. This can be made sweet with stevia or savory with herbs like garlic, dill, lemon pepper, chive powder.
