Broccoli Hummus

Ingredients:
• 2 cups broccoli, stalks or florets or both may be used
• 6 tablespoons tahini
• 4 tablespoons lime juice
• 1 tsp minced garlic
• 1/2 teaspoon cumin, ground
• 1/2 teaspoon paprika
• 1/2 teaspoon celtic sea salt
Directions:
1. Peel the outer skin of the broccoli stalks, if using them.
2. Place all ingredients in food processor and process until smooth.
Options: Add 1 small zuccuni and ½ of the broccoli and ½ avocado.
