Dry Ingredients:
1 cup almond flour
1 cup arrow root
1/3 cup coconut flour
1 tsp celtic salt
Wet Ingredients
1 1/4 cup warm water 105-110 degrees
2 tsp maple syrup
2 tsp instant yeast
Yeast eats syrup. Mix wet ingredients and let stand for 10 minutes. You should see bubbling happening.
Add to wet mixture after 10 minutes
2 TBS psyllium
1 ½ TBS ground chia seeds
Let stand for 3 minutes and then mix into dry ingredients
Knead for 5 minutes in bowl and put in warm place covered with damp towel for 1 hour
Make into individual pizza crusts or press into cookie sheet and bake. Top with spices of choice. Bake on stone for best results 350 degrees for 25 minutes
