Drena's Energy Bars

1/3 cup cocoa butter
1/2 cup coconut oil
1 cup almond butter
Melt in double boiler
While over double boiler add:
½ cup pepitas
½ C ground walnuts
½ C ground pecans
2 TBS chia seeds(soaked and sprouted)
½ cup hemp seeds
1/3 cup lucuma
2 tsp vanilla or 1 scraped vanilla bean
½ C almond flour
2 TBS Sacha Inchi Protien powder(optional)
2 TBS Maca Powder(optional)
1 tsp celtic salt
Options: dried fruit if your blood sugar allows
Instructions:
After adding to melted oils, add all other ingredients while still over hot water. Once everything is mixed in press into a 9x9 pan lined with parchment. Put into refrigerator and let harden. Cut into bars or squares. Delicious!
