1 scoop of monk fruit or 2 droppers full of flavored stevia
¼ cup coconut oil melted
½ cup coconut milk yogurt
1 cup buckwheat flour
¾ tsp baking soda
¾ tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
¼ cup boiling water
1 cup mixed berries
Blend the first 9 ingredients, add boiling water and mix. Add berries in the end, fold in. Bake 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes
