2.5 ounces of dark chocolate unsweetened
2 TBS Raw Cocoa
½ tsp baking soda(aluminum free)
3 large eggs or 4 small
¼ cup coconut oil
1 tsp vanilla or 1 scraped vanilla bean
15 dates soaked first
1 TBS cashew nut butter
1 TBS almond butter
350 degrees
Put dates and chocolate and cocoa in food processor- cream- add coconut oil, eggs, vanilla, almond butter, cashew butter and baking soda. Add cocoa nibs if you choose
Put in 8x8 pan and bake for 25 minutes
